OT and speech is great. But I wouldn’t recommend. The billing department and front desk don’t have in sync communication. I get charged 3-5 months later. I spend hundreds out of pocket money, and it never gets resolved. They say that they sent several messages but they send only one saying they sent several messages about unpaid balance and they will take service off. I wouldn’t recommend at all. They cancel your appointments out of no where without communicating over phone just over email. If you have a busy life, go somewh... read more

I feel so bad writing this review because the clinical staff try their best to care for the patients and I have no complaints about them. But their billing department is a nightmare and has made my experience the worse I have ever had with any ABA
Do not enroll your child on aba or any therapy services at this place. Their billing department is a nightmare. Everything is done out of state. Never answer phones, take forever to answer emails. Overcharge and just make the whole experience a living hell. The only good thing about cortica is Dr. Barros who I ask on each appointment to please leave them. The clinical staff does her job and the billing department ruins it. I reported them to every higher up within the company and nothing changes. So I decided to leave and af... read more
