We have resided at Cortez Village Townhomes twice now. Currently on my 2nd year. Don't believe the bad reviews. We love it here, which is why we have returned. There's a nice view of the lake, plenty of parking (not assigned), decent size pool and the apartments are very spacious and clean. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves and its so quiet! We have been here going on 2 years. John is super nice and willing to work with you as long as you communicate with him. We appreciate everything he has done. He is over 3 apartment complexes so I give it to him . The apartments are nice and some come with a view of the pond which is also nice, I do wish they were all tile, I don't care for carpet but it works.
I’ve lived here for 7 years now, and whenever I need anything John makes sure to get it handled asap. The management and the maintenance team are nothing short of awesome, punctual, and professional. As someone who is born and raised in this area- it’s in a good neighborhood, on the nicer side of town, and I always recommend Cortez Townhomes to anyone who asks.
