I’ve really enjoyed my stay at Cortez Townhomes. John has been amazing, very attentive, responsive, and always quick to handle any concerns or maintenance requests. Honestly, during my time here, I’ve barely had any issues at all. The community is quiet, well-kept, and peaceful, which I truly appreciate. My move-in was Very smooth
This rental complex was by far the best in town! I lived here twice, both times feeling safe and comfortable! It’s well maintained. John is straight to the point, but was always helpful and attentive! If I ever needed anything, he’d return my call always and address the matter quickly if needed.
We have resided at Cortez Village Townhomes twice now. Currently on my 2nd year. Don't believe the bad reviews. We love it here, which is why we have returned. There's a nice view of the lake, plenty of parking (not assigned), decent size pool and the apartments are very spacious and clean. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves and its so quiet!
