After waiting weeks for 2 separate appointments not once but twice I was stood up after waiting all day for my small residential job. After placing many calls to the office and texting to Tony directly to inquire about my ghosted appointments I received no return calls or texts what so ever. This is not to mention the office voice recording is 4 months old and outdated and the mail box is always full.
