This roofing company is not responding to calls or follow up for a roofing warranty job they did on our house. The 1st time they went there they just closed the chimney cap and said that caused the leak but it did not solve the problem, another roofing company told their rep that they should check the flushing, but they have not gone back after 2 weeks of follow up. A recent storm felled a tree onto my garage leaving a large hole.. With more storms forecasted I needed immediate repair. My neighbor recommended Cortez Roofing who happened to be assessing his home..My repairs where made the very next day on a a complicated geodesic roof. The repair was excellant and at a very good price. I will use Cortez Roofing for all future roofing needs.
Subcontracted out to a crew that was horrible. Roof flashing is uneven and unconnected in spots, ridge vents were installed but not given gaps for airflow. Trash left all over trees and yard. Over a year and have not been able to get resolved.
If they work like they drive , I wouldn't hire them
Cortez roofing is purposely not returning phone calls. I have roof shingles falling off less than a year after being installed. Mr Cortez has done nothing to try and make this right. All he does is avoid calls. But he was sure to be on time and call to collect his money when the job was done. And he didn't even check the status of the job. I will make sure to do everything in my power to make sure everyone in San Antonio knows what crappy customer service and that he is a complete scammer and just wants to take your money an... read more
