Arrived on time for appointment to get toe nails cut. Waited almost 45 minuets to just get into treatment room. By the time the assistant finished my nails I had been there almost 2 hours. Assistant then told me I had to wait to see doctor. Waited another 20 minuets - no doctor so I just walked out. 20 minutes latter my phone rung and nurse informed me doctor had to see me to bill Medicare.
