I highly recommend Cortez! I've hired them twice now - both for difficult jobs. I own a few rental units and they've done "cleanouts" for me and did a great job. Both times the units needed A LOT of work - tenants had left them very bad. But Cortez make them look new again. Adrian, the owner, is hardworking, honest, detail-oriented and very polite. I will definitely hire them again.
