My boyfriend had been in so much pain so we go to see Dr. Black which from what he said the doctor was awesome but the receptionist was extremely rude to us right as we walked in. I figured lady was just having a bad day. Today he called to confirm his apointment and the same receptionist was rude again. Customer service is essential and to be treated like that is ridiculous.
