Very nice condos. Appears to be a well maintained building.
The HOA staff currently managing this building is grossly incompetent. They hardly, if ever, reply to emails. The front building door has been malfunctioning for 3 weeks forcing people to enter through the garage which is unsafe. We've received no updates regarding the issue from management. They've recently shut the recycling door without letting anyone know so there are boxes accumulating near the recycling area. Very disappointing considering how expensive it is to live here.
Visited a friend and I liked the 2 bedroom unit he owns. The layout was nice with master bedroom and bath on one side, and a guest room/office (with Murphy bed) on other side, separated by living area, dining area. Kitchen located just off of dining area on sane side as guest room.
