Outstanding MMA gym to train at in Alexandria for all skill levels. Friendly trainers and members, especially Zein. They offer a week trial period to get started. Happy with my progress made at Cortex!

Ethan typing this, the gym in general is awesome, great training and good design. David is my taekwondo teacher and Yasin is my Boxing teacher for Tuesdays and Thursdays, Taekwondo on Saturday. Both of them in general are really good teachers. Sincerely, Ethan
Great place, trainers are top notch, training is as intense as it should be, everyone is friendly and supportive and it is like a community once you join, definately recommend this gym!
