Getting the appointment for the first oil change and tire rotation that came with the purchase of our 2024 Mitsubishi Outland in January was harder than it needed to be. The first call that my husband made to the Service department, he was hung up on. The second call, he was told we weren't in their system, didn't have our name or VIN despite MULITPLE texts, emails and a few voice messages stating that it was due.
