Took tire in. Waited over a week for tire and rim. Weren’t notified that tire was ready until we called to see status.
I have a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, Jordi was very nice and discussed and explained everything very well. My 8:30 appointment was honored and they got me in right away! Also checked my brakes and fully inspected my car. They did not take advantage of my concerns for my brakes, inspected them and said they were in good shape (I have experienced past issues with other places).
