Communication was terrible! Waited 6 months for a radio to come in on an extended warranty for them to have it for 3 weeks to have it “broken”. Then we were told it was going to be another 4-5 months to get another one in. Now mind you, this took out the heat, the radio, the charging ports, the locks, the taillight and the led’s in the front. After I sent an email to the CEO, mysteriously there’s another radio that’s been sitting there since September but they can’t do anything with it because it’s not matched to my VIN. Lon... read more
