@Rico again I enjoy the car the service as far as dealership is fine . I still almost a year later am still having an issue with repairs to a factory defect in the front breaks.and now I am told a repair has been decided on only to be followed up with parts on back order getting very frustrated with the situation.
Had a recall alert on my Lincoln and called as a first time customer. Quickly added me to the system on my call and assigned a mobile tech to come to my work and fix the recall for me same day! The mobile tech was also very nice, professional and right on time. Great experience
