I think they were trying to quickly get repairs completed to get loaner auto back. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Company needs to be more communicative/realistic with repair times. Not all repairs will take a full day. They should also be more mindful and have more attention to details when ordering parts, to be able to provide more timely repairs. I scheduled a date to have the damaged assessed. Was called by the shop because they said they were overbooked, so I had to bring it in the following week instead. The soonest the shop could get my car in after the assessment was over a week later. We called during the repair, and the collision center isn’t an option on the automated answering service. We had to be transferred several times to reach them. When I arrived at the shop to pick up the car after the repair, the paint on the fender was scratched and hadn’t been repainted at all.
