Cortese Auto Block has been serving the Rochester area for over 40 years! Patrick Cortese started the business in 1975 after purchasing Scutti Dodge where he worked for years. His goal was to create an atmosphere that felt like family, both for his employees and his customers. By 1985, the Lincoln franchise was added and Mitsubishi to follow in 1990. Service guy Mike was responsive. Mechanic’s estimate was gold-plated @ just under $6k for a problem of driver side blend door actuator being stuck in hot position. Internet says it’s a $500 repair or dyi with video directions
We had an emergency with our vehicle requiring it to be towed to Cortese on a Sunday. They worked with us to prioritize our vehicle without an appointment and communicated regularly throughout until the problem was diagnosed and solved. We appreciate their honest and thorough approach and regularly take our vehicles here for service. Highly recommend!
