So far I am very impressed! We are shopping for a car and went here to see a used car and hear about the new ones. Issac was assigned to us and he was a very easy going friendly guy. He let us try 3 cars and told us about them. There was no terrible pressure and he spent valuable time with us. We are still looking but this experience really did push us positively to their cars. I would definitely recommend this dealership for looking around.
DO NOT BUY FROM CORTES NISSAN SPOKANE. They knowingly sold me a truck with a coolant leak but gave me their word their service department would take care of it the next week in order to get the deal done that night. After their service dept said nothing was wrong, I had the local GMC dealership take a look where they discovered a cracked radiator. Shawn helped me purchase a new vehicle back in June. I had meant to write a review earlier but just realized I had not yet. He was very professional, courteous, and was able to work around my schedule by texting a lot of the information back and forth. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would. They got over on me real good. I can't believe how dishonest the salesman was.
