Everything was handled virtually, Mona was amazing and sent videos of the inside & outside of the car. Susan was very militate about Fords so was great to work with her. Ian and Jazz in Finance were also nice to work with. We are very satisfied with our F150.
Christina was very helpful & made the process super easy for us!
Wanted to have a good experience but that turned out not to be. I would definitely not recommend unless you want to feel like you don’t matter and your time is not important
