Sales offices showed wear and tear. Sales experience was typical for what you expect when buying a car. They actually let us take overnight which was appreciated as my wife wanted to make sure headlights were an improvement for night driving vs old car. When we purchased the car it was raining so we didn't catch that the windshield actually had 20 plus small rock chips.
