Thorough, and Professional! An excellent experience every time I get an eye exam!
Dr Cohen is always so thorough and communicative. I really enjoy my annual visits. Both he and Dr Cortes take great care of me with emergency situations, too.
I registered for my daughter’s contact lens exam online. I received a text “You are scheduled for an exam, but we are unfortunately currently out of network for VSP unfortunately. We still give a discount with the plan. For the exam it will be $80-$105. Would you like to keep or cancel the appointment.” When I arrived, I was told the VSP system is down and the cost would be $130. The quoted price was never honored - just excuses.
