This place is an absolute SCAM. I dropped a rug, full of cat pee, they told me they would take it to a different place (that's ok) , and took 2 months to come back to me. At the end of that, they charged me $200. When I came back the rug was neatly packed but till AS DIRTY AS I LEFT IT, reeking of stale cat pee. I just trashed the rug and didn't think about it but I want to warn everyone to avoid this place like the plague. I wish I could give it less than 0 stars.
ASK for $ FIRST! I know dry cleaners are making up for lost revenue during COVID, but come on. I was charged $19.50 for two laundered cotton shirts, really? She said it was because of the material. Then she realized her "mistake" and the correct price was a more reasonable $10. Beware, ask the price is BEFORE you drop off your clothes. My work pants are $11 each to dry clean. It costs $5.75 in SF, literally almost half. I guess the rent at Town Center is astronomical.
I get all my pants hemmed here and they do a great job.
$9.99 to press but not wash a shirt. Seriously?!?
They did an amazing job tailoring my wedding suit! Nicest people, fast and high quality work.
