Not the business, but the vet. I've known Paula Medler for something like 35 years. I, or rather my dog, was her first patient when she joined a Tucson practice. I made an appointment yesterday for our new puppy that we rescued from PACC. I had not been to Cortaro Farm's Pet Hospital for years but they were listed as one of the Vet's to get a free visit with the adoption of your puppy. (PACC Provides a certificate). Upon arrival I provided the certificate and filled out the paperwork, the Office Staff seemed nice. When we were taken back and the Vet looked him over, listened to us and seemed friendly. She wanted to do blood work but never told us the cost. I did not think to much of ... read more

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug. Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes, they were immaculate.
