Bob was one of the nicest guys I’ve met. I trust him 100% with the inspection. He’s a very honest person. I could not recommend him more!
Inspector did not complete a thorough inspection. The main water shut off was not inspected and therefore ended up costing me a plumbing bill. He clearly does not follow the official Standards of Practice for inspections. And now I have come back to edit my review because Bob just cursed at me all because I wanted him to take accountability. I would give this company zero stars if it was possible. He’s completely unprofessional and unreliable. Don’t use this company if you want professionalism.
Took his time and was very thorough. Walked me through everything and was able to answer all my questions. Very nice guy, advanced technology to ensure he gives you the best service. Highly recommend.
We were recommended Corspect through our realtor, and they were praised for their use of technology, as well as their reliability and honesty. As first time home-buyers, Bob went out of his way to be personable and patient, helping keep our minds at ease answering questions that helped weigh our decision regarding such a huge financial decision. He provided a thorough report and really gave us a roadmap of what the house needed fixed ASAP, and what needed to be budgeted for in the long term. I’ll recommend Corspect to anyone... read more
Bob is a great, great guy and great at his job! No wonder why the agents like him, he is thorough, does the things other inspectors won't, and explains everything to you in simple fashion but doesn't make you feel stupid. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
