Bob was awesome to work with. Buying a house is stressful and the inspection is always my biggest stress. Bob went over every single item and all 68 photos he took the good and the bad. Gave us great confidence that he uses thermal imaging to show us every wall and ceiling. He went as far as double and triple checking there wasn't a leak from one of the bathrooms after he spotted a newer painted spot on the ceiling. Bob was amazing, he was super honest and as a first time home buyer, he made me feel super comfortable with the purchase I was making!! Bob was great! Loved his machine to heat check all walls of home for proper insulation. Drone was able to scan roof and take high quality photos. Bob is very knowledgeable and gave recommendations on things as homeowners we should do as maintenance of home.
