Bob is a great, great guy and great at his job! No wonder why the agents like him, he is thorough, does the things other inspectors won't, and explains everything to you in simple fashion but doesn't make you feel stupid. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
Bob did the home inspection of our recently purchased house and he was excellent. Extremely thorough with pictures that included thermal imaging around vents and windows. He climbed up in the attic, was on his hands and knees inspecting the AC unit outside. Bob also explained all his findings in an understandable manner. He treated it like his child was buying the house and that was EXTREMELY appreciated. Highly recommend.
