Went to get a wof on 15th of January went well the workshop team were super helpful then I asked to get a quote because I need it for work and income they told me no problem. It is now 26 of February and still nothing. when it got to over a week of waiting I called up to follow up and the office staff were super rude saying "some people have waited 6 weeks for one of our quotes" as if that's something to be proud of? Very fast response! They even helped us change the tyres on a Sunday when they were meant to be closed. Truly helpful and much appreciated!
