Someone in the complex has a german roach problem and now its in our unit. When we first moved in there wasn't anything for about 8 months. I'll leave it at that we still have a problem. Good luck getting them to do anything about it. I'm happy to leave.
PLEASE! FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DO NOT LIVE HERE! The property management is incompetent and useless. They are nearly impossible to get ahold of and do not return calls or emails under any circumstances. Any employee that you do find to be a good communicator usually quits within 2 weeks due to the dysfunction at their office. The walls are about an inch thick. Joke for getting your direct deposit back. Throughout my 6 months I was barely there I had only a mattress and few essentials with my roommate yet paint & carpet cleaning were taken out of our security deposit when this issue was never addressed prior to moving in with paint damage being evident.
