I live on the third floor, and I do have some noisy neighbors who leave trash Sometimes (In the stairwells) And like to party after hours.. Long story short, A visitor/resident took a big poop on the wall on the third floor Also, peed everywhere. It’s been there for three days and Lucia Apartments cleaning Team.Are all aware of it, but I guess they don’t want to clean it. It’s been an ongoing issue for a couple days & when you enter the complex It smells really bad, like poop . The smell is even starting to seep in my unit..... read more
Staff Agenc very friendly, nice pool area with 2 bbq pits, outside shower and a restroom .
Came here for a scheduled tour and what a refreshing apartment complex for the area! No other places around have these kinds of amenities!!! Plus super nice landscaping everywhere! Really want to live here but unfortunately family circumstances chose a different path for me. the staff made me feel welcome and positive, Hope to apply in the future!
Been a tenant for many years here. The current office workers are amazing and really do care about the tenants here. Maintenance always responds quickly when I submit a service request in the portal. Really no complaints and hope to be here for many more years
