Came here for a scheduled tour and what a refreshing apartment complex for the area! No other places around have these kinds of amenities!!! Plus super nice landscaping everywhere! Really want to live here but unfortunately family circumstances chose a different path for me. the staff made me feel welcome and positive, Hope to apply in the future!
Been a tenant for many years here. The current office workers are amazing and really do care about the tenants here. Maintenance always responds quickly when I submit a service request in the portal. Really no complaints and hope to be here for many more years
It's a decent apartment, not a fan of the management there. I was asked by Lucia's Community Manager to remove content of my review to avoid legal coming after me for 'defamation' . So I've removed it.
It's a decent apartment, management has high turnover though. If you ask for stuff, they usually don't get it done ( except maintenance requests ). As of march 2025 building D has an active cockroach infestation, I’ve successfully removed cockroaches the first time, but unsuccessful second time. I’m just going to move out instead. Been waiting a year and a half for a fob key, and my actual key doesn't work on all the doors.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service manager. I was ready to apply for the apartment, but they couldn’t even tell me whether it had been renovated or not how is that something they don’t know? Moreover they told me that I will see when I move in?? On top of that, the person I spoke with was neither helpful nor friendly, even after I clearly stated I was ready to move forward. Very frustrating experience. The 1st impression is always the important.
