Called and ordered 3 sandwiches at 5:30 pm and talked to the manager and asked if employees were wearing mask! He assured me that yes they are! I arrived at 6pm and three girls working there were not wearing masks! These girls are making food for the public without wearing a mask! Needless to say I am pissed and got a call from the manager all apologetic and said he would look into this! C'mon Corsetti's you are better than this! Quite surprised that not one single employee, especially those on the food line, did not have the respect for the public, let alone their fellow employees to wear face masks!! I confirmed with the cashier that they, in fact, were not wearing any and I refused the food I had I ordered and walked out. It's too bad because the food and bakery is really good!

Long time regular customer - until now, because we're sick of reliably poor customer service. TLDR: Sat around waiting for them to tell me order was ready, they never did, waited an hour, for food that was done 20ish minutes after the order was placed. Server too busy playing on phone to even hear me tell her co-worker about the problem from 3 feet away. They didn't give us everything we ordered. Corsetti’s is awesome, even when there were like eleventeen independently owned Corsetti’s in Cumberland County this was always the best, sorry Pepe’s it was close. The cannolis and baked goods are second to none, I do miss the hot bar, but comfort food specials kick butt. Even the new ice cream joint has the best local ice cream around. I really love the food and staff during the day. The night crew both cooking, and at the counter/taking orders... Really lowers the bar. Go for lunch, skip dinner. You will be disappointed.
