I called to get an estimate on services on a property and talked to Kirk. We ended up talking for 30 minutes and he taught me a lot of things about methods used and even gave me a list of questions to ask my previous exterminator company to make sure they are charging me a fair price and doing good work. It was obvious on the call that Kirk is very passionate about this work and enjoys helping people.
Very thorough and well priced compared to other large companies!
Excellent excellent excellent pest control company anywhere 👍 I even had ants near one of my flower gardens not even that close to my house my house and they took care of that problem 🥰... If I do remember it's because I was getting bit by them 🤣
Jackson serviced my apartment — there was a mouse. He was super friendly and informative. Fast and easy communication prior to showing up, and took the time to check and ensure there were no holes/gaps where rodents could get through. Highly recommend!
Never negotiated the charges for coming out to check for a quote and sent a bill for $125 just to talk, take video to share with the co-workers, and “get measurements “ in, and out in 1 hour. Must be nice making $125 in an hour. I would switch my field to this and make bank, but I don’t believe in scamming people out their money. Horrible experience. Never again.
