I am really pleased and happy with my 4 years living at Corsair while working at New Haven. The community, staff, well-maintained facilities and amenities make a great experience in the East Rock area. I highly recommend this place for finding a great place to live and enjoy New Haven.
Update- DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! If you’re as unfortunate as me to get the worst upstairs neighbors imaginable, you’ll have to hire an attorney to let you get sleep for the first time in a month. Not. Worth. It. Despite their reply, Corsair has done nothing to help. I’ve lived in apartments my whole adult life and never had the same noise issues as I’ve had here, with CRACKS IN MY CEILING. Corsair is an amazing apartment building. My wife and I moved to New Haven and we didn't know anyone. After only a year at Corsair, we have a solid group of friends. The community is so welcoming and it is a great place to meet likeminded people. We didn't have many maintenance issues, but the few that we did have, Jay always took care of within 24 hours (and usually within only a couple of hours). Wonderful place to live for the past 2 years. The management team is excellent. All the staff, including the maintenance team, are superb. Amazing community of people, and great for young families too.
I love living here! While there is much to be said about the location, property itself, and the amenities - all of which are top notch - what sets this place apart is the folks that take care of us.
