I vowed to never live in a luxury venture capital backed apartment building since they seemed to destroy everything I loved about my neighborhood in Brooklyn in the mid 2000s. Jay is an absolute asset to this community and Corsair is so fortunate to have him. I’ve always felt this way but even more so after the recent blizzards.
