Jay is truly the heart of Corsair. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are taken care of and that everything is maintained to the highest standard. His dedication, hard work, and attention to detail never go unnoticed. 5 stars all the way!
Jay is an absolute asset to this community and Corsair is so fortunate to have him. I’ve always felt this way but even more so after the recent blizzards. He worked tirelessly to ensure our access and went above and beyond to reach out to me — a wheelchair user— to provide me with any support I needed to walk my dog/get outside. I am really pleased and happy with my 4 years living at Corsair while working at New Haven. The community, staff, well-maintained facilities and amenities make a great experience in the East Rock area. I highly recommend this place for finding a great place to live and enjoy New Haven.
Update- DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! If you’re as unfortunate as me to get the worst upstairs neighbors imaginable, you’ll have to hire an attorney to let you get sleep for the first time in a month. Not. Worth. It. Despite their reply, Corsair has done nothing to help. I’ve lived in apartments my whole adult life and never had the same noise issues as I’ve had here, with CRACKS IN MY CEILING.
