Corsair is expensive but so worth it in my opinion. Good location- close to a park, highway entrances nearby, and state street has some good spots for coffee, dinner, etc. The apartments themselves are nice- not anything insane but they well kept, clean, good sizes, nicer fixtures and ours has good natural light. The amenities are fantastic. The salt water pool is my favorite but the gym is also great with separate weight and cardio sections. I vowed to never live in a luxury venture capital backed apartment building since they seemed to destroy everything I loved about my neighborhood in Brooklyn in the mid 2000s.
