Very rude, lol. You’d think customer service would be better when you’re giving them money.
I don't understand the way they do business! I have a housing voucher that covers 100% of the monthly rent but they can't see beyond their script. They keep telling me that I have to have 3x's the rent as income. I receive social security which is more than the rent but not 3x's the rent so o I don't qualify!!
