Kinda bummed honestly, My 2023 Norco Ebike would not boot up at trailhead in Squamish. Local friends pointed me toward CORSA. Went in, had service right away, very nice, very polite. They took the bike, plugged into their computer and after 2 hours told me the battery is completely dead. Didn’t offer warranty service or options. Got back to the house, you tubed the battery problem. Pulled it out and did a hard reset on it (took 10 minutes including re-installation) . Not a single person said hello or even approached me or my wife. No other customers in there so it’s not like they were busy. In fact I made eye contact with an employee by the door who turned the other way and completely ignored us.
Well-stocked shop with a great service department! My fork had a weird issue that two other shops failed to fix, but Corsa fixed it right up, and fast.
