Blew a flat on my Kona Beach Crusier today and walked into Corsa looking for a quick tube change . I’m always aware that they can be super busy so I was prepared to drop it off and come back later in the week . Using my Kona as my daily commuter bike ones desperate for a same day fix . And boy was the service swift ! I don’t think I was there more than 5-6 minutes and Alberto swiftly changed my tube to get me on my way ! Happy to take your money, unwilling to stand behind their product. Demoed a bike and rear wheel started coming apart, like every spoke finger tight or looser. I walked the bike back down to prevent damage and they were kind enough not to charge me for the wheel rebuild, but will charged full price for the demo I did not get to do. Will not be back, there are other dealers that will stand behind their customers.
Very kindly demonstrated how to install a new inner tube on my moutain bike yesterday. so thankful for your help!
