Terry, Sean and their team went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations in every way. We have a house with a flat concrete roof and over the years, the water started to make it's way in causing mould issues in some parts of the house. So glad that we found Terry and Sean and the work done by them to treat the roof has been phenomenal. Not only they have restored the roof and stopped the water ingress, Terry has even come out of his way and found an issue relating to downpipe and not only fixed it but even went out of his way and helped in restoring the indoor paint as well. Thanks very much to Terry and Sean for a job well done. We have been very pleasantly surprised at how much of a difference the Coolbond works on our previously uninsulated section of roof at Seasonal Brewing Co. Thank you Terry & Sean for the restoration of my warehouse roof. The team restored and prevented corrosion & rust, sealed and waterproofed leaks, and applied two coats of their patented coating which has noticeably made the temp many degrees cooler - perfect for summer. The team was very prompt, professional & clean - highly recommend.
