I had a wonderful experience! Started with a friendly receptionist when I entered the door. The vet techs were awesome and Dr Hancock was so thorough during my dogs exam. She explained every detail of the treatment plan. I usually go to another vet in town but they were too busy to make an appointment to be seen today, I could sit and wait but that was not an option for me. Always fast and friendly service!
RecommendedHighly recommend! I have been told by several vets that Sophie is prone to ear infections and allergies, they took the time to run all of the "right" tests and not push me off to buy medicine that was not going to help. They were caring and kind and most important informative on what was happening with her. The VIP Program is a no brainer! Free office visits all year....with lots of other perks. My Sophie girl is finally on the mend.
This is Ms. Trixie's vet and she loves the staff and vets. Wonderful technicians, that have so much patience and love of animals. highly recommended them to all pets and pet owners!
