Refuse to help small business. As a super popular restaurant in our small town, we reached out to Corrigan about getting a pig instead of our 2 100lb tanks as we are refilling our tanks every 3-4 days. They sent a technician and said they could help. Credit department refused to let us have a pig though. Even tried to offer a large deposit or prepay and they wouldn’t help us regardless. TODD IN WHEELER, MI WAS AWESOME TO WORK WITH. I WAS PRESSED FOR TIME TO GET TO GREENVILLE TO PAY FOR MY PROPANE, BUT CAME ACROSSED THE WHEELER STORE, PULLED IN AND TODD WAS PATIENT, KIND, AND EASY GOING TO HELP ME EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CLOSING TIME. Great family owned company with integrity.
If you don't have perfect credit they'll deny service. I like to pay for propane with a credit card in advance and they refused my business. How can a company deny service when you're paying in advance. This shows they don't care about people. Everyone in rural areas require propane to heat their homes and they deny people. Josh Beeler makes decisions for them, I wonder how much money he has lost them.
They have repeatedly given us the lowest price in the area. When one local Co. Wanted $1.95 they were $1.39. When asked why so much less they said their prices are set on July and don't increase. They have my loyalty.
