I met with Corrie once to look at the property I was selling and to discuss details. We were to touch base later in a couple weeks. In the meantime, I received a cash offer for the property. When Corrie and I touched base again and discussed the offer, I asked her opinion. She stated she felt we could do better. I signed with Corrie to list the property.
