It's not only the tenants that have horror stories. I worked for them in 2016 and it was the worst employment experience I have ever been through. Just don't!

When Cambria was the Property Manager, I liked this place ok. Now they spiked my rent well over 13% and nothing looks better. I don't even have a balcony and I am in an unrenovated apartment. Trash is often over flowing these days and they take forever to get back to you. Part time office hours. I recommended this place to a friend and they never called her back. They don't seem to monitor late night noise. I tried to use the so called fitness center and it was dirty....who cleans it? Do they still have one?
That's a -1 star at minimum. Profiteers solely with fees, fees, fees then $400 a month rent increases on Social Security recipients. Want all this extra money while buildings once cleaned daily only get cleaned once every three weeks, landscape maintenance lacking from a once beautiful complex. The winter storm mats not put down and all the salt and mess from outside brought in on our 2 year old carpeting. Bartering over the rent increase with new cabinets and carpeting.
