Writing this in hopes that there will be some changes FAST. I’ve been living in Oakland heights apartments for 4 years now. I’ve never had an issue up until this past year when it got bought out by this company. The tenants concerns are non existent. There’s been new people in and out of the office and nothing is organized. There’s never any management on site - you can call the phone all day long and it’ll just ring and ring. NO STARS!!! Unfortunately to post you have to put one. Corridor took over Dobbs Crossing in Vernon in July of 2025 and are not doing a good job. Rent checks are not deposited in a timely manner. No one is on site in the office daily. And there is NO set schedule. There is no one answering the phones regularly. Calls are not returned. Emails are not returned. No maintenance on site regularly. I very much enjoy living here, Andy in the office is very kind and helpful, anytime you go into the office he always takes the time to talk with you, he always says hi when you see him, thank you for taking the time to read this, sorry I forgot to check the stars
