I am a resident at Dobbs Crossing I have been here for 32 years. I had an incident with the front door that slammed on my hand leaving my hand bruised and a laceration. I talked to Andy about what had happen, He came over to the unit to check out how hard the door slammed and took photos of the incident. He is very professional and respectful he cares about the residents safety. I am grateful that we have a person who takes their Job seriously and cares.
I'm a resident of Dobbs crossing apartments. A little over a week ago, I went to take a shower and there was no water. I called the office and spoke Andy ( property manager). Andy went above and beyond to make sure my apartment had water for showers and kept my updated on what was going on. Andy is a an excellent addition to Dobbs Crossing community.
It's not only the tenants that have horror stories. I worked for them in 2016 and it was the worst employment experience I have ever been through. Just don't!
Corridor is one of the most crooked companies.
When Cambria was the Property Manager, I liked this place ok. Now they spiked my rent well over 13% and nothing looks better. I don't even have a balcony and I am in an unrenovated apartment. Trash is often over flowing these days and they take forever to get back to you. Part time office hours. I recommended this place to a friend and they never called her back. They don't seem to monitor late night noise. I tried to use the so called fitness center and it was dirty....who cleans it? Do they still have one?
