Charley is very unprofessional. He continually "cut me off" during our initial phone call and hung up on me for no apparent reason. He is a condescending and rude individual. I would NEVER want him to be my landlord. Don't bother calling...it's a waste of your time and in the event you rented from him I can't imagine the nightmare you may deal with. Very sad!
