Andy is the best!! He has helped me so much with my posture, lower back, and shoulder pain. I have been a caregiver for 40 years and not been kind to my body. I was getting nerve blocks in my neck 4 times a year and have had none since coming to see him. I am able to move my shoulder freely, lift some weight again and clean my house in one day instead of taking three days. I can't say enough good things. Excellent individualized treatment and mobilization plans.
Andy and Karl are great! Andy took measurements of my posture and addressed where I was off balance. He did some compression massage and released my tension areas. He showed me the right exercises to do at home. Thank you so much!!
