Dr. Correa is so gentle and warm. My daughter did great in her hands. Her assistant is amazing. I have only great things to say about her office, her team and her caring chairside manner.
I would leave zero stars if I could. She verbally abused another child, and I could hear everything from the waiting room. The child who was no more than five or six years old was crying and she told the child to shut up and stop crying, and that she was going to finish everything today, so she didn’t have to see the child ever again (while she was yelling at the child)! Absolutely horrible dentist that has no right working with children . When my daughter was afraid of the procedure the dentist screamed at her to stop crying. Zero patience. This dentist caused so much anxiety in my daughter that when we pulled up to the building my daughter would scream and refuse to get out of the car. We have since switched to a new dentist, not in this practice, and never had an issue since. My daughter is clearly not afraid of dental work, she was simply terrified of this dentist. She is completely amazing. She made my son feel comfortable and built a trust with him. My son no longer fears going to the dentist. Her dental hygienist Elizabeth is the absolute best. I can’t thank her enough for having the patience to walk my son through everything. Such a great experience with this office. Originally had an appointment in Palmetto Bay location and I’m so extremely happy that they were unable to see my son and the Kendall location accommodated him into Correas schedule.
