Every time we come in we have slow service. Today I had to ask to order drinks, food and more food. Today there was only 5 tables total and alit of staff around. I had to ask when it would be ready and when told I’ll check on it, the food came out cold. I’m all done after 5 years of trying to like our local brewery I’m out. although the wait staff desperately needs training the place has great food and good drinks. on a slow day service is excellent. the younger inexperienced servers dont have a clue what to do when its busy.
Your manager does not know how to take care of any situations. We waited 2 1/2 hours for our food. She flipped off a customer and was beyond rude and hateful. She had many upset customers!!!!!!! You need to stick to to running one business at a time! 2 in our party finally received food and one never did!!!!!
