Be careful to pay over the phone. Barbara Lilly (inside sales) saved our companies credit card information on a sticky note on her desk without our authorization or knowledge. When she told me this asking to run the card another day for materials, I informed her that is against our policy to save sensitive information at any supply store and to not save it again.
