I went today drove 45min to get there... i honestly didnt like the attitude i was given when asked for the fan to be off because i was cold or when the wax felt so hot it felt like fire she was like ugh of course the wax have to be hot! And eyerolled at me... i was willing to overlook the sass but when i got home i looked and my back side was half way done, so much hair left! And in the front a lot of hair was left in the inner labia and breakage on top... very disappointing
