I have had 2 experiences with the ER in the last 6 months. They barely check on you in the room, they don’t retake vitals over several hours, they miss diagnoses, and they release you with little information on your condition and tell you to follow up with your personal doctor.
RecommendedI have had both of my kids here and had the greatest experience both times ! Dr. Pizzaro delivered my first son & 3 years later I decided to switch to Dr.Noriega with my second son. Nothing against Dr. Pizzaro she is a great Dr! I connected with Dr. Noriega more. Even delivering during a pandemic everyone was amazing (security needs improvements) but with very few hiccups! Raven in L&D , Debbie in PP , Amy in lactation and Becky in Nursery made sure that me and baby were probably educated on everything and taken care of. The... read more
Its just a waste of time really, 4 visits and only 1 of them was I actually taken care of and it was only because it was a trauma injury.
Had a great experience with the ER staff today. They took great care of my daughter and made her feel at ease when we had to go in to get her leg stitched up. They took the time to show her what the stitch tools looked like, even before she was put in a room. This made her feel a lot more confident in what was happening. By far my best experience in an emergency room. Kudos to the staff!

I heard this hospital is the best and TBH it really ain't smh. y'all need to do something to better it up!!
Improve your ER staff. Rude and insensitive. Asked the Dr if my blood work was okay. He looked me in the eyes and said everything was good. THEY NEVER DREW BLOOD!!!!
I love this hospital. The doctors and nurses do whatever they can to make patients comfortable and happy. The doctors and nurses in the emergency room do an excellent job, they work quickly and don’t have patients waiting hours to be taking care of. I’m very grateful for how some of the nurses on my floor cared for me, especially, Julius, Rachel and Emily.
