Extremely knowledgeable very thorough. I swear he didn’t miss a thing was more than willing to explain everything that he notated and address all of my concerns and questions. I’ve brought three homes in my lifetime and this is the best inspector I’ve ever seen. Will definitely recommend him to all family and friends, and all future ventures will be done by his company. His inspection form is very detailed and easy to understand with pictures and descriptions of all faults found.

Gerald is THE person to trust when it comes to your home inspection! As a first time home buyer, I’ve called around and talked with quite a few inspectors but Gerald is the ONLY one who took my call with courtesy and care. He is very knowledgeable and provided me with details and made sure to keep it informative enough for me to understand. He will make sure to take care of you. Gerald was 10/10. Great personality, direct and to the point. Very thorough. We actually used him twice. I would highly reccomend him to anyone who is looking for a proper inspection. I also think the prices are fair, and it's super easy to book an appointment. Thank you Gerald!

I do not have prior experience in dealing with a home inspection, but Gerald was a very pleasant first experience with it. He is very professional and extremely thorough with the inspection, showing me things during the process that I never would have thought about looking for or considering.
