I'd give them 0 stars if it was an option. It took two women at the front desk 2 hrs & 45 minutes to change my maiden name to my married name. The story...I got married last December and my name changed. I gave my doctor my updated insurance card a week prior to my procedure, but they didn't update my paperwork with my married name before sending it to CC Endoscopy.
