Billing Issues over 9 months after our telephone appointment for COVID. I already paid them, they state I still owe them money. Tried to call to determine why I owe them more than the original billed amount to insurance. No answer on the phone they ask you to call for billing questions and payments.
I’m very thankful for Dr Buckmaster and his staff. He took great care of me and husband when we contracted Covid. After treatment we both did very well. My husband’s cough went away the very next day. I wish other Drs would have the courage and heart to give preventative and therapeutic care for this awful virus.
Waited in vehicle, were told on phone that paperwork would be brought out, had to call after 20 min to find out they had forgotten about us. Brought out form without a pen to fill it out. She never apologized, just put blame on being so busy. Then waiting in our running vehicle for over hour more. Called again, because I witnessed 3 people come out that had gottten there after us. Cari, we apologize for your experience. We were very overwhelmed that day and were running about an hour behind until close. Due to the pandemic, we are trying to keep all of our patients safe. We have patients coming through two separate doors inside and also are seeing patients in the parking lot which causes logistics on a busy day to be hectic. We apologize for the inconvenience of your visit and are trying to address our inprocessing gaps as we move forward.
Dr. Buckmaster has been my doctor for the past 35 years. I trust him completely.
Dr. Buckmaster took great care of me today, and I am already feeling better after being sick for 7 days. He knew just what to do. I won’t hesitate to visit again if needed! Great experience from start to finish.
I knew better, but I went to a clinic on the strip and now 2 days later not feeling any better I ended up where I should have gone in the first place. cost me a lot of money and time off work. Lesson learned!

Absolutely by far the best health care facility I have visited ever! Dr Buckmaster, nurses and staff, thank you so much for the care you provided yesterday. Extremely impressive. The diagnosis and treatment was spot on and within just a few short hours of taking the meds, I felt 90% better. Unbelievable turn around after weeks of illness. That would not have been achieved without the excellence of your professional touch. I hope our city realizes what a gem we have sitting right smack dab in the middle. God bless
