I bought a house 2 years ago that has double paned glass sliding doors. The door seal has already broken and there is condensation inside the glass. I found out from the person who sold them to the builder that although the glass was under warranty, the labor to install it was not. They wanted $600+ to fix the door because they said they would have to send someone from Atlanta. That is unacceptable and they should be ashamed of themselves.
