After returning to US, I Fedex CARNET back to the Boomerang Office. I was expecting a refund soon but there was no responses for more than a month. I had to made calls and calls and there was no return calls. What an uncomfortable situation. They act quickly on collecting the money but very slow to return the deposit. Very good customer service. Took a few days to setup and issue CPD for my motorcycle. Excellent communications from Leah, very attentive, detail orientated and prompt with messages. Nice job Boomerang Carnets!

I was very impressed at the level of service for a first time customer. I never used Boomerang before and I contacted them late in the day and they had the carnet completed within the hour. Their speedy service allowed us to export a shipment on time and we got it to our customer just in time. A lot of companies talk about customer service, but few people deliver in spectacular fashon.
