Don't do it – This complex is not worth the aggrivation. The "management" did absolutly nothing outside of what the law told them to do. I once had an issue that required immediate attention but whenever I tried calling the manager's cell phone, she wouldn't answer. I left messages, but she didn't call back for several days. Every time I went to the office for help, I would find a note on the door directing me to her apartment where she was hardly ever home.
