Without exception the WORST travel "management" group out there. If you ever think of using them, use anyone else. Incomplete bookings are common and stranded at another airport as I write this because they screwed up the car rental AGAIN. Truly hopefully
The absolute ineptitude & stupidity of this business may only be beaten by their greed. I'm stuck in the Gulag Crown Promenade Hotel Burswood with no information available for my release. Now I have received, at 1500 hrs, a ridiculous piece of paper asking the most Incredible amount of personal information, so that these money grubbers can organise a flight out of WA ... although they would be aware that I live IN WA.
