ABSOLUTELY awful customer service. The owners son, manager, or someone in a position of authority there.. Anyways, the gentleman I’m referring to, literally threatened to “whip my ass”. My father in law, a WWII veteran, turns 100 today. For a gift I purchased a hat with his outfit’s name and insignia on it. I thought it would make him even happier if I had his name and area of deployment embroidered on it also. I took it to this business to get it done. I took it in a full 10 days ahead of his celebration and was assured that it would be done. Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order in December and have not received it 3 months later. Called every other day for 2 weeks and were told we would receive a call back each time and repeatedly did not. After expressing our frustation, we finally received a call back and were told we couldn't receive the order a week before our event because we didn't place it in time, when we ordered it 3 months prior to the event.
