BEWARE OF THEIR CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS! Their exact response to our companies complaint over service levels -"our service contract and our Terms and Conditions have no specified or guaranteed SLA’s." They continued to say "With no guaranteed service level, your concerns are not considered a material breach of contract." Just a horrible service. Everything wrong with IT. They rope you into long term contracts with no way out. They provide terrible service, with zero initiative for proactivity, terrible response times, can't accomplish simple tasks, and nickel and dime you every step of the way. STAY AWAY
