Better to prepare than scramble afterward. Ransomware protection was an important upgrade for our Michigan business.
We've worked with Corporate Technologies for several years, and their consistency has been impressive. Whether it's network management, cybersecurity, or everyday support, they always provide dependable service and practical solutions.
They do not respond to any concerns or follow up. Very disappointing and very expensive.
BEWARE OF THE CONTRACT. You will get no response from their team. We have now been without services for two days and tried several ways to get a hold of someone to help. No luck. I can't wait to get out of this dang 3 year contract. It's been terrible from the start and only gotten worse.
Our law firm in Grand Rapids depends on reliable technology every day. The help desk team is always professional and quick to respond whenever an issue comes up. It's reassuring to know we have experts we can count on.
