I got a dirty unit, I called the number and they got me into another unit quickly. Will definitely use them for any of my storage needs
Probably the best storage unit I have ever rented. love the security. Very clean and well taken care of. I don't think I'll ever leave.
Quality units, but the price increases have gotten ridiculous, a $150 increase in less than a year on my unit, translating to a 60% increase in the monthly cost. I understand inflation and increased operating costs post COVID, but that's gouging your customers. I'll be looking somewhere else if the rate increases continue. I just got another letter today stating that I will see another $30 increase in 30 days.

I parked a pickup inside your fenced storage at corporate and left it while I worked on a new garage at my residence. You sold it to a towing company without even contacting me about it. I will never forgive you for that.
