On Monday, March 31, 2014 I called Corporate Stock Transfer and was informed that the K-1s were being mailed that day. When it failed to arrive today, one week later, I called Corporate Stock Transfer and was informed that the K-1s would be mailed on Saturday, April 12. I asked why I was told one week ago that the K-1s were being mailed that day, March 31. The operator said that those were the instructions from management.
